Frequently Asked Questions
How do I link with my partner? +
Go to Settings → Partner and share your invite code with your partner. They enter it in their app under Link Partner. Once linked, you'll have access to all shared features.
What is the difference between Faith Mode and General Mode? +
Faith Mode includes Bible-based devotionals, prayer prompts, scripture, and faith-oriented content. General Mode focuses on mindfulness, connection, and relationship wellness without religious content. You can switch modes anytime in Settings.
Are my journal entries private? +
Yes — by default all journal entries are private. You can choose to share individual entries with your partner by toggling "Share with partner" when writing an entry. Your partner can only see entries you explicitly choose to share.
How does the Date Night Generator work? +
Choose a date type (Dinner Out, Movie Night, Outdoor Adventure, etc.), set your budget and distance preferences, and the app uses Google Maps to find real nearby venues. It requires location permission to work.
Why can't I see my partner's daily question answer? +
Both partners need to submit their answer before either can see the other's response. This keeps the experience honest and prevents one partner's answer from influencing the other.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel: on iOS go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android go to Google Play → Subscriptions.
My app is crashing — what should I do? +
First try force-closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, check for an app update in the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, email us at contact@faithfullyeverafter.ca with your device model and what you were doing when it crashed.
How do I report a bug or request a feature? +
